In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, if by some stroke of bad luck the quality of your garment is unsatisfactory we're happy to exchange or refund within 14 days of your purchase. If you've chosen the wrong colour or made a less-than-perfect purchase decision, and you haven't embroidered your garment, we can exchange it for you. However, please note that embroidered garments cannot be exchanged.
Returned garments must be unused in original packaging. Customers are responsible for paying for the return postage in all circumstances. Please contact us for the return address here.
